The purpose of this study is to find out the appraisal system of the Industrial Impaired in the United States, of which are the suggestion of assessment for private vocational institutions, the investigation issue relevant to the development of job, the reality of the industrial impaired and their family and the appraisal for the preparation of lawsuit. The issue of motivation is often raised among the vocational affairs . The period of assessment helps to explain the cause of job preparation, in addition, the counseling to help the impaired individuals is included in order for a vocational experts to understand the possibility of job choice. The U.S. has the regulation of allowance that is given only in the case that the degree of disability is over 14%. The vocational evaluation of the industrial impaired is focused on the physical aspects, So, in the process of which, to review the structure of exercise ability is required . The Psychological evaluation is used to integrate client’s personal and emotional needs. The external support system like community resources let the vocational experts and clients get benefits through the information caused by transportation, social service and employment-related support . One of the important hypotheses for an effective appraisal is for a vocational experts to know the vocational society and understand the job analysis. Vocational experts need to propose a proper job revision by recognizing job- requirements, through which they get the rewards function for the challenged individuals to find out new usable opportunity.
